R. Lance Belline is the founder of Lighthouse Financial, a boutique wealth management and financial planning firm established in 2009 in Rogers, Arkansas. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lance has dedicated his career to helping individuals, families, and business owners build, preserve, and transfer wealth while developing meaningful, lifelong relationships along the way.
 
After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Finance, Lance began his career in financial services in 1994. Over the years, he developed a passion for helping people navigate important financial decisions and recognized that successful financial planning involves much more than managing investments. In 2009, he founded Lighthouse Financial with a vision of creating a firm built on integrity, personalized service, and a genuine commitment to putting clients first.
 
Guided by Lighthouse Financial’s philosophy, “Always on Watch,” Lance believes that a financial advisor’s greatest responsibility is to provide clients with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind throughout every stage of life. His approach focuses on comprehensive wealth management, retirement income planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and generational wealth planning. He is particularly passionate about helping successful families make smart financial decisions that minimize unnecessary taxes, protect what they have worked hard to build, and create lasting legacies for future generations.
 
In 2022, Lance authored More Wealth, Less Taxes, a book written to help individuals better understand how thoughtful tax planning can make a meaningful difference in their long-term financial success.
 
Throughout his career, Lance has also enjoyed mentoring other financial advisors and helping develop a team-oriented culture centered on integrity, excellence, and exceptional client service.
 
For Lance, financial planning has never been just about money. It’s about helping people enjoy the freedom to pursue what matters most, provide security for those they love, and make a positive impact on the people around them.

Life Outside of Business:

A longtime Arkansas resident and University of Arkansas graduate, Lance enjoys cheering on the Razorbacks, playing golf, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Above all, he values time with his wife, Jessica, and their family.
