Professional Approach and Experience:
Reg joined Lighthouse Financial in September 2025 as a Financial Planner. He spent over 25 years in financial, accounting and compliance leadership roles with several Fortune 500 companies, most recently retiring from Walmart after more than 10 years of service.
Reg is a proud veteran of the US Navy, serving 6 years as a Naval Submarine Nuclear Operator.
His diverse background in military, industry and corporate roles allows him to provide a unique perspective to clients in their financial planning.
Reg strives to help clients achieve peace of mind knowing they have a solid financial plan in place to realize their goals and provide for their current lifestyle and in retirement.

Life Outside of Business:
Reg is married with three children (all Razorbacks!), and his family has lived in Bentonville for over 10 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, golf, tennis and cruising to new places. Reg is an accomplished guitarist and enjoys performing locally with his band, TimeKeepers.
